12KW FIBER LASER + ROTARY FIXTURE
NOW INSTALLED AND IN FULL PRODUCTION
ESP Laser Cutting ltd are now submitting quotations for tube cutting based upon our new Bystronic 12kw ByStar fiber laser.
Keeping us at the forefront of the industry with the latest technology on the market.
This state of the art machine will boost our productivity by 40% reducing lead times and giving us the extra flexibility to meet urgent and breakdown demands.
In addition to the gains on flat plate production this machine will be fitted with a rotary fixture giving us in house tube cutting capabilities bringing another service under our excellent quality control while reducing the long lead times often encountered when sub contracting this service out.

LASER CUTTING + FOLDING
LASER CUTTING 30MM S275 MILD STEEL
ESP Laser Cutting ltd are once again pushing the boundaries of laser cutting. This morning we are producing 30mm thick S275 Mild steel components on our 12kw fiber laser with 'Beam Shaper' function
This was the first of many jobs we hope to be cutting from this material in coming weeks. On top of this we have sourced 30mm stock in Aluminium and Stainless to give us full capability in this thickness across the board
Another step taken to ensure more customer requirements are produced under one roof and under the strict supervision of our quality control. I'm sure you will all agree the photos highlight the huge improvements in quality laser cutting will provide over previous methods.

ESP Laser Cutting ltd are now stocking 30mm Thick S275 Mild steel

Stocking this thickness in Mild Steel will have huge benefits for our customers such as better quality than previous cutting methods, Reduced lead times & more flexibility around the boundaries of cutting 30mm
Cutting this material is only made possible by the beam shaper function on our 12kw fiber laser. The new technology creates a more focused beam and increases the quality levels on thick end materials such as the 30mm Mild Steel

As we all know steel prices have been rising all year day by day aswell as shortages in certain areas.
Early last week there was the first glimmer of the prices starting to reduce slightly and stocks returning to normal levels. Hopefully we are through the peak and we shall be quoting on the reduced steel prices.
