New Machine in Full Production ESP are pleased to announce that as part of their continual development programme they have taken delivery of and commissioned the very latest in the new generation of laser cutting technology in the shape of the BYSPEED 3015, 5.2KW machine. Capable of 700 holes per minute, 20mm stainless steel, 25mm mild steel and 15mm aluminum and up to 50 percent faster than currently achievable on existing ranges. This new investment will not only compliment the existing Byspeed machines but additionally will take our production service to an even greater level in terms of being able to offer you the very latest in laser cutting technology coupled now with an even more efficient, quicker production turn round, thus bringing you your orders faster then ever before. The new machine will improve order deliveries and prices. |

Delivery Service ESP have once again seized the initiative and invested heavily in brand new delivery vehicles and drivers for your peace of mind to ensure that all your valued order are received by you, where and when you wan them, packaged intact in prime condition. Additionally to compliment our own vehicles ESP have secured the services of National Courieres to further ensure that every order arrives where and when it should. All packages are delivered by an overnight service and all deliveries are fully traceable by the very latest Tracker Systems via the internet. |

ESP consider presentation of work to be of paramount importance and to this end have installed a second vibratory rumbling machine to achieve a more extensive range of de burred finished cut components now up to 400mm square. Previous to this only 250mm square was achievable. The parts are then automatically dried eliminating any staining to parts. Resulting in a fully finished product. |

Further Investment - LaserQC ESP, as part of their continual improvement strategy, have no commissioned the very latest in a LaserQC 2D inspection system. The Virtek LaserQC is a fully integrated quality measuring system. It is capable of measuring the accuracy of components in less than 10 seconds. The equipment works on the principal of laser scanning. LaserQC dramatically reduces the time needed for first article inspection, thus ensuring consistency no matter who is measuring the articles. |
