We offer a complementary rumbling service to all customers for lasercut parts, which will ensure that a fully finished part. ESP consider presentation of work to be of paramount importance and to this end have installed a second vibratory rumbling machine to achieve a more extensive range of de burred finished cut components now up to 400mm square. Previous to this only 250mm square was achievable. The parts are then automatically dried eliminating any staining to parts. Resulting in a fully finished product. |

High-pressure abrasive waterjet cutting (HP-AWJ-Cutting) is a potential substitute for punching or plasma and laser cutting. One of the biggest advantages is waterjet's inherent cold cutting methods. Some thermal processes cause surface hardening, warping and emission of hazardous gasses. In control, materials cut with waterjet undergo no thermal stress, eliminating such undesirable results. |
