The virtek laserQC is a fully integrated quality measuring system. It is capable of measuring the accuracy of components in less that 10 seconds. The equipment works on the principal of laser scanning using the class IIIA eye safe laser projection system. LaserQC dramatically reduces the time needed for the first article inspection thus ensuring consistency no matter who is measuring the articles. Full history of all parts measured are logged automatically. Conforms fully to all quality standards with its own self calibration methods.

The LaserQC is also being offered as a sub-contract measuring service for clients requiring accurate 2D measuring of flat parts not supplied by ourselves. All articles measured shall be supplied with fully authenticated inspection check sheets conforming to all recognized quality standards.
